Business Development Manager - Consumer Credit

The Role

In 2020 we’re accelerating the commercialisation of our product. To achieve this we’re looking for a brilliant Business Development Manager to focus on new logo acquisition.

You’ll be responsible for selling our Customer Management and Collections product to lenders, credit bureaus and specialist collections businesses. Specifically, you’ll be targeted on securing proof of concept agreements / evaluations. This is a customer facing role that requires you to get out there to pitch to and partner with Heads of Collections across the U.K.

The role sits in our Commercial team, which is responsible for winning the customers that will help us transform the lives of millions by guaranteeing credit where it's due.


We’re in a hurry to change the world so we’d like you to hit the ground running. This means coming with ready made consumer lending, specifically Collections, experience. So, you’re likely to be working, or have previously worked, for a UK lender, credit bureau or collections business.

Collections experience will ensure you’re credible in front of key decision makers, such as Heads of Collections. And your knowledge in this space will help you collaborate internally by inputting into the continued development of our customer management and collections product.

It’s essential, however, that you’re able to succeed in our type of business, so small company and / or startup experience would be great. If, however, you’ve worked for one of the big guys but are confident you’ve got what it takes to translate to startup-land, apply and we’ll have a chat.
